Being sticky about 'Unagi', ”Marukawa's”Unagi-no-shiraraki


　Speaking of Hamanako-Lake, it's ”Unagi”There are many shops which sells 'Unagi-no-shirayaki, but his shop is so famous in local area"Unagi-no-Marukawa"is it!

　"Taishou" of this shop（Taishou is same word of owner）is very sticky about quality or broiling method of Unagi. Pure domestic Unagi he uses, and genuine charcoal'Bittyou-tan in Kisyuu' he uses!
　He stops cooking if Unagi is bad for quality, or he goes to charcoal factory to buy first grade charcoal. He has a prejudice for Unagi,so we do think he accords with the word!

'Bittyou-tan'
　They are made of Mubamegashi in Kisyuu. You can not cut it by using iron sow.
　You can crash it by hammer if you want and can see a cut end with bright and smooth.
　Recently it's so popular because of Yomiuri-Giants' usage. Hear there are shops that sell imported charcoal as 'Bittyou-tan'.
