Mikkabi Orange Wine
Raw materials : orange, fructose Alcohol : 8% Additives : Anti oxidant (Sulfer Dioxyde) Orange flavour Production : Made from "AOSHIMA Japanese orange" speciality of MIKKABI region information in Shizuoka Prefecture. This wine has sweet-sour fresh flavour typical of citrus fruit, which is slightly sweet and mellow with balanced acidity.
We have now finished the brewing test for Mikkabi wine.
In Japan several varieties of wine made of orange have already been sold. But we would like to brew superier wine, and we are sticking the ingredient for Mikkabi wine. So we decided to use "100% Aoshima mikan" for the ingredient of wine.
The factory for brewing wine is "MELCIAN WINE Co., Ltd". We brought our Aoshima mikan to this factory, Feb. 1997.
Various test have performed, and the sample of the wine was finished, Jul., 1997.
It's very clear! We can taste the wine with noble flaver, mild sweetness, and refleshing taste.
After test drinking, We all had the impression for Mikkabi wine that we are proud of the taste or quality.
We are ready for collaboration with the liquor shops in Mikkabi town.
We will bring our Aoshima mikan perfectly finished to the factory, Feb., 1998.
We should design the label for the wine, or plan the party for celebration, and so on.
It's most important to farm delicious Aoshima mikan!!
We'll be able to sell the Mikkabi wine from Spring, 1998.
We would like to make an effort for farming superier Mikkabi mikan!
